This is the foundation of our sales system. This role focuses on making first contact with leads, qualifying buyers, and booking solid appointments for the sales team. You’ll master the art of communication, consistency, and CRM management. Setting the tone for every successful deal that follows.

The Finance Assistant supports the back-end process. Learning how to build, submit, and fund deals. You’ll handle lender submissions, locate bank contracts, and help finalize funding. It’s the perfect entry point into finance, working directly with the Desk and Finance Managers.

As a Closer, you take control of the full sales process from first conversation to signed deal. You’ll work directly with inbound leads, build relationships, and present vehicle and finance options tailored to the client’s needs. The Finance Manager oversees all aspects of the finance department. From lender relationships and approvals to compliance and documentation.
