The Finance Assistant supports the back-end process. Learning how to build, submit, and fund deals. You’ll handle lender submissions, locate bank contracts, and help finalize funding. It’s the perfect entry point into finance, working directly with the Desk and Finance Managers.
Next Step: Finance Manager
As a Closer, you take control of the full sales process from first conversation to signed deal. You’ll work directly with inbound leads, build relationships, and present vehicle and finance options tailored to the client’s needs. This is where your skill, confidence, and follow-up discipline directly translate into income.
Nest Step: Senior Closer
Senior Closers are the elite producers. They consistently perform at a high level while mentoring newer team members and handling premium or complex deals. They embody leadership through example mastering scripts, structure, and strategy. This role is designed for those who lead from the front and elevate the culture around them.

The Finance Manager oversees all aspects of the finance department. From lender relationships and approvals to compliance and documentation. You’ll structure deals for maximum approval and profit, ensure accuracy in every contract, and guide Finance Assistants through the funding process. This role demands precision, leadership, and a deep understanding of lender programs and dealership operations.
Nest Step: Desk Manager
The Desk Manager is the bridge between sales and finance. You’ll oversee deal structure, manage lender submissions, and maximize gross on every transaction. This position requires sharp decision-making, deep lender knowledge, and leadership presence. Ensuring every deal is profitable and every salesperson is supported.
Nest Step: Office Manager
The Office Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, lenders, and dealership partners. You’ll monitor KPIs, performance standards, and compliance while helping build culture and momentum. This role balances leadership with precision. Keeping the team focused and the office running at peak performance.
